    The Gracie Barra Princeton program structure consists of three main stages of development for students: the Fundamentals Program, the Advanced Program and the Black Belt Program. These stages indicate different maturity levels, and students upgrade from one to the other in their own natural progression.

    women's Self-Defense Classes

    Learn to defend yourself and get a great workout (ages 13+)

    Our Women’s Self Defense Program will prepare you physically and mentally to deal with a potential attack. In this structured program, Your Gracie Barra instructor will not only cover the most common attacks against women, but teach you how to attempt to prevent them, and then, if necessary, how to respond effectively!
