Joe joined the Me360 Team as a way to give back and help others cut down on the amount of time they would otherwise spend to get the results they've always dreamed of. Joe takes a hands on, scientific based approach to training and nutrition.

Dr. Adrienne Jensen, DPT
Adrienne Jensen is a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
Besides athletics, Adrienne has a special interest in orthopedics and breast cancer rehabilitation. She holds a Bachelors degree in Health and Exercise Science from The College of New Jersey, as well as a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Arcadia University, ranked among the top 10 PT schools in the country. She also has advanced post-graduate training in breast cancer rehab through the Physiological Oncology Rehabilitation Institute (PORI).

Michael Leonardi has spent the last 15 years serving multiple coaching and administrative roles within the health, fitness and wellness community.
Michael co-founded and spent over a decade building a multi-location physical therapy and performance brand called Activcore while also spearheading the North American distribution of a clinical tool and education program called Redcord.
During this time, Michael earned multiple certifications in fitness, including his personal trainer certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and spent years coaching clients and traveling the country training other instructors in Redcord's curriculum.
Michael's latest venture as a franchisee and certified instructor under the Gracie Barra Brazilian Jiu Jitsu brand has allowed him to continue working with clients and students in various areas, including fitness, brazilian jiu jitsu, leadership and accountability

I did the 21 day challenge with Michael. Before I committed to this challenge covid-19 had thrown me off my health and fitness routine. My first meeting with Michael a week before I started was basically the push and the kick in the butt I needed. One of his first questions to me was “what was my why”. When I logged off our first zoom meeting, I knew this was what I needed to kick start my health and fitness. The challenge provides you with your calories/macros and healthy food choices down to making your shopping list. Your exercises/food and body stats etc are all on a great easy to follow app. Michael was available daily if I needed questions answered and to check in on how the challenge was going. We did weekly zoom meetings to discuss how it was going. I was most impressed with the workouts on the app. The choice was great and got me excited each morning. Following the exercise routine was really easy on the app. This alone is a great set up for you to follow. Also available was a mental health coach who shared great information. I lost 8 pounds and 7 inches overall on this 21 day challenge. The challenge workout I would feel two days later. When I say that it was a good feeling and I could tell change was happening in my body. This is a great program of support on making a change for your health. It is a well guided program and Michaels feed back was always spot on. What most impressed me was the great app and there was zero pressure in sales pitch or on buying products. Michael is down to earth and real easy to work with and offers a great program. Thank you Michael and the team for this great opportunity. Your program is amazing
Joined for the 21 day challenge! I received so much support and guidance from Michael. Every step of the way he was able to provide me with nutritional information, trouble shoot my trouble areas and made sure that each change to nutrition was something I was comfortable with. Highly recommend! Macro counting was included and aided in my fitness journey!
I completed the 21 day challenge with Coach Mike. It was a life changing experience and it made me realize that even a 15 minute workout can make a difference. Working out everyday gave me a type of energy that let me pursue my day strong. I would definitely recommend doing this challenge.
