***Do this more often***

  • Stance Motion

    • 50 Level Changes

    • 50 Rotations

    • 25 Sprawls

    • 25 Drop Steps

***In addition***

  • Hand Fighting Drills (with or without partner)

    • 50 Underhooks

    • 50 Ride the Bus/ Snapdown

    • 50 Russian Ties/ 2 on 1s

    • 50 Arm Drags

***And an awesome workout***

  • Deck of Cards Workout

    • Red Cards= Pushups (replace w/ sit ups, planks, or anything manageable)

    • Black Cards= Body Weight Squats

    • Complete reps based on card number. A= 1. Face Cards = 15

      • Example: Red 7 = 7 pushups, Black King = 15 Squats

    • Go through whole deck, stopping as needed. Within 15-30 minutes, depending on speed, you’ll have completed 200 pushups and 200 squats!
