50 Level Changes
25 Drop Steps
Hand Fighting Drills (with or without partner)
50 Ride the Bus/ Snapdown
50 Russian Ties/ 2 on 1s
50 Arm Drags
***And an awesome workout***
Deck of Cards Workout
Red Cards= Pushups (replace w/ sit ups, planks, or anything manageable)
Black Cards= Body Weight Squats
Complete reps based on card number. A= 1. Face Cards = 15
Example: Red 7 = 7 pushups, Black King = 15 Squats
Go through whole deck, stopping as needed. Within 15-30 minutes, depending on speed, you’ll have completed 200 pushups and 200 squats!
